Strategic and cultural transformation

“Metos Group collaborated with Brave Alliance to drive a strategic and cultural transformation. We redefined our business processes in a way that significantly changes the way our formerly functional organization operates- a transformation that is now visible in the daily work of every Metos employee. The primary objective was to simplify how we operate and to clarify our management system. 

Achieving strategic transformation also required challenging and evolving our corporate culture, a process that is progressing well with Brave Alliance’s guidance.

We selected Brave Alliance after a thorough evaluation of potential partners, seeking a team with proven expertise in complex development initiatives. It was particularly important for us to involve Esko Lantto, whose capabilities and approach we had researched in advance. Esko was involved from the beginning to the end of the project, providing consistent leadership and direction throughout.

The key strengths of Brave Alliance, and Esko in particular, were determination, perseverance, and strong, hands-on support throughout the process. Esko set high expectations for both our organization and himself, which directly contributed to the quality and momentum of the work.

We found particular value in the coaching sessions Esko facilitated for our process owners, especially during the phases where definitions were refined in broader cross-functional groups. We would not have succeeded in these definitions without Esko’s skilled support and his friendly yet firm guidance. His commitment to keeping the schedule on track deserves special mention – a critical factor given that our process owners were balancing this work with other leadership responsibilities.
