“Metos Group collaborated with Brave Alliance to drive a strategic and cultural transformation. We redefined our business processes in a way that significantly changes the way our formerly functional organization operates- a transformation that is now visible in the daily work of every Metos employee. We selected Brave Alliance after a thorough evaluation of potential partners, seeking a team with proven expertise in complex development initiatives. It was particularly important for us to involve Esko Lantto, whose capabilities and approach we had researched in advance. Esko was involved from the beginning to the end of the project, providing consistent leadership and direction throughout.

We found particular value in the coaching sessions Esko facilitated for our process owners, especially during the phases where definitions were refined in broader cross-functional groups.
