How we work

No slide magic – we work on the same side of the table and carry change through to real outcomes.

Our customers are experts in their business; we are the change expert. Together we form a team that has the capability to successfully execute the change at hand. But our philosophy and approach go beyond that; our aim is to execute the change in a way that improves our customer’s own ability to execute change. 

Target setting

We start by aligning the leadership team on what success looks like. Together we clarify the objectives, define measurable targets and design principles, and agree on the few priorities that will guide decision-making throughout the change. 

Design

The Design phase translates the targets into a practical operating model and ways of working that people can actually adopt. The core idea of our approach is that our customers’ key people are involved deeply and hands-on in the design work. In our experience, this helps ensure the design will be implementable, and we also get broad buy-in early on.

Implementation planning

We turn the design into a clear, owned delivery plan. Together, we break the change into concrete workstreams, define milestones and dependencies, and agree on resourcing, decision points, and the governance needed to succeed in the change. We also decide how delivery will be run: what the line organization executes through daily management, and what requires a dedicated project setup to secure focus and capacity.  

Key outputs include an implementation roadmap and timeline, a workstream plan with owners, a governance and cadence model, and a practical change enablement plan. 

Implementation support 

We stay alongside the organization as the new operating model, and ways of working are put into practice. The focus is on execution discipline: helping leaders and teams make the right decisions, remove obstacles, and embed the new routines into everyday management and delivery.
